Tuesday is our usual "Ulladulla Day" but we seem to have forgotten. Instead, we got there today to visit our favourite shops and to wish our German friends Heike and Siegfried all the best on their 52nd wedding anniversary and to bestow on Siegfried a Distinguished Long Service Medal.
I also found some interesting videos which these days can be had for a mere 10 cents which means they're being given away! I couldn't resist picking up an old copy of Beau Geste with Gary Cooper; the old favourite, The Wind in the Willows, with John Cleese and Michael Palin (how could I resist?); Tea with Mussolini which caught my eye as it has Judi Dench in it; and Being Julia which is a movie adaptation of W. Somerset Maugham's novel "Theatre" which even this old Maugham-fan has never read nor seen - or have I simply forgotten?
