The "AUCTION 19 February 2022" sign went up well before Christmas, but there's still nothing on realestate.com.au nor even on the agent's own website. Not your average agent!
Of course, being in the neighbourhood of "Riverbend", I was interested in hearing what the reserve price might be. Not that they would disclose it until the auction, but they sent me a blurb which suggests a "bidding guide" of $1.8 million and "more photos available in the New Year...."
The real estate market is really hot, and properties are almost selling themselves, and this will also sell for well double of the $800,000 the current owner paid for it in 2007, but some encouragement would help.
We are a whole week into the new year and only forty days away from the auction day, and there's no sign of this property on the internet!
What are they waiting for?
