Riveting, depressing and discombobulating - just to confuse you, Des, that means 'confusing' - "The Strange Death of Europe" is recommended reading - if you like scary Stephen King novels, except that Douglas Murray didn't make it up.
By the end of the lifespans of most people currently alive, Europe will not be Europe and the peoples of Europe will have lost the only place in the world they called home. This is not a comfortable book to read – which is probably the best reason for doing so. Here's the Introduction:
