This would be Hillary-ous if it weren't so tragic - and dangerous for the country!
There are a lot of funny things happening in the USA right now. It makes Australian politics look like a schoolboys' outing.

When I first came down to Nelligen in 1993, I had this vision splendid of cycling all over the countryside.
It remained no more than a vision, even after Rob Krenn had rebuilt the bike during his visit in 2003, right until yesterday when I finally decided to have it taken away by the Council's Hard Waste Collection.
My cycling days are over. All I'm doing now is recycling.

Like ducks in a row
Returning home, I spotted this SOLD sign: # 29 Sproxton Lane (RED ARROW), which had been on the market for $825,000 as a 'renovator's delight', has found a new owner at $750,000. That's pretty much land value as the vacant block next to it, # 31 Sproxton Lane, is also for sale at $750,000.
Like ducks in a row, # 27 Sproxton Lane sold in June for $1.7 million (which is a lot of money for an albeit lovely house on just 1700 square metres), # 29 Sproxton Lane has now been sold (to the same people who bought # 27), and # 31 and # 33 had a bit of a sales history - click here - with # 31 Sproxton Lane again for sale after # 33 Sproxton Lane had sold in May last year for $799,000.
Which leaves just "Riverbend" on its magnificent seven acres, reaching from "33" all the way around the bend and off the photo and back onto the photo, at a mere $1,925,000.
Tenants wanted; no rent to pay
Before I get invaded by all the Centrelink 'clients' in the country, let me make it quite clear: the sort of tenants I want must work for a living, be chirpy in the morning, and be of the feathered kind.
A variety of accommodation - with or without bird bath - is available, and more is being built as we speak.
And so as not to ruffle any feathers, I'm even open to changes in design as well as colour, as long as it is khaki-green.
