We haven't walked past the cemetery along Runnyford Road for some time; instead, we only do a short circle around the village which usually takes a little over an hour.
The walking doesn't take that long but the talking does because we always run into people who talk to us, to say nothing of the dogs that follow us or the one that looks at us from his little spyhole in the gate.
We are back at "Riverbend" and settling in for another long weekend - this time it's Queen's Birthday - which promises to be sunny and warm. Perfect conditions to give the old sofa on the verandah a good work-out!
