Who wants to live on seven acres, when a mere seven square metres will do? I mean, I could get used to this kind of living, with everything I need within arm's reach, and everything I don't need at arm's length.
It reminds me of Leo Tolstoy's story "How Much Land Does a Man Need?" which, despite its relatively short length, has often been described as "the greatest story that the literature of the world knows". Here it is:
At some stage, Pahom's six feet from head to heel will be enough for me as well; for the moment these seven square metres will do me just fine!
