With cyclone Alfred approaching the coast of southern Queensland and northers New South Wales, it would've been too much to expect a sunny day, but the people aboard this large cruiser moored just across from "Riverbend" must obviously be thinking it's still worth their while to spend a weekend on the water.
They have a permanent mooring just upriver with all the oher boats, and this is their first time as "neighbours" of "Riverbend". I hope they like the neighbourhood; perhaps they even like "Riverbend" and respond to my online FOR SALE ad, which would be the first one I've had since realestate.com.au began to ask for a sign-on to stop frivolous inquiries.
